Team Up for Growth is a performance improvement, productivity increasing and teamwork building program developed in the United States now being offered to successful, growing and progressive employers globally. The objective is very simple – bring out the best in team members and help them be successful, exceeding the goals of their employer. Our goal is to reduce the need to add employees as business grows, and to develop satisfied employees who focus on the goals of the enterprise.

The Team Up for Growth program essentially operates through three closely inter-related modules:
  1. Accountability
  2. Commendations
  3. Recognition
Accountability: Is a very detailed time accounting program, which captures what team members do when they are at work. This data is captured by task, by project, by client – in as much detail as the enterprise requires. The data is used to understand costs by project or client, as applicable. This data is used to track costs and evaluate profitability of every project, as the project is being developed and delivered.

Commendations: Is a sophisticated program to recognize and record team work. The module tracks collaborative efforts of team members in a very subtle and discrete manner, through evaluation of virtual gifts given and received by each team member. Artificial intelligence built into the program will help identify team members who excel, and those who require help to improve performance. This will improve teamwork in every group, and more importantly help identify team members who can mentor and lead others.

Recognition: In every organization, people work for wages, and recognition. With appropriate and timely recognition, work ethic and culture can be significantly improved in every organization. This module is a 360 Degree Performance Evaluation program that integrates continuous evaluation through Accountability and Commendations modules with very explicit evaluation program through the Recognition module. This will help team members plan career growth and develop a path of improved performance that will help them rise in the organization. Behavior that is rewarded always tends to be repeated, and this program ensures everyone knows and understands what the organization requires team members to accomplish.

Collectively through the use of these three modules and extensive monitoring and management support, we help our clients improve performance and increase productivity across the enterprise. In a growing company environment, this directly translates to increased productivity and improved performance. In companies that are gearing up for growth, this program helps improve employee satisfaction, which automatically leads to improved productivity that will pay off when the company enters the growing phase.

We achieve the goals set by the enterprise through this sophisticated program, for a fixed annual fee per team member. We also ask employers to set aside either 10% of their Employees Bonus budget, or 1% of the annual payroll of the employees in the program. This bonus budget will be distributed to team members as per recommendations of the program. We will discuss, brainstorm and develop the best approach for your enterprise.
